9 have answered this question — Chating,opportunity to be able discuss vased on preparation towards fixed time for chatting,where we all come together to storm brain on ideas, more forun on that is real adviced — The best thing about the course was that I can communicate with other profesional classmate . They improved my work and my knowledge that helped me to do understand better the subject Team work module, Costa Rica-case and my Project was finished satisfactory . — To get an overview of CP and SD tools — That it was very practical as opposed to theoretical. The best way to understand is to see how things work or could work in a real context, this course provided the opportunity to do this. — The practicality and simplicyt of explanaiton,although for those not itno the industry could find the strctures and process chains fabbling. — The exchange of experiences of all the participants, and the aplicacion of the tools of PP to a real case in the industry. — Practical use of the methods, theories and concepts that we learned about in the Learning units. Motivated course leader, great group of course participants. Very relevant issue. — I think all the course is good. Specially the information about environment that is available in the net. Another aspect is the contacts with colleagues from all over the world and also with experts from different fields: IIIEE researchers, IIIEE Alumni, and others — The case of study about sustainable tourism. Was great to make a project work with other course participants. |

In my opinion the problem is made by myself and is realted with the time, if I didn't organize my time, sometimes I have had problems with the learning units duties Another problem -also personel- is the language, my English is not fresh and I know that I need to do a better efforts to improve it. — Do have time for the chat hours... — Not being able to find the time to read all the materials and publications suggested du to lack of time and not being able to participate in all the chats also due to lack of time. — That we never got to meet physically! — That some of the participants they could not complete the couse. — I ha dsometimes to rush through things to meet thedeadlines. — Lack of time, it´s very demanding. — I think, many participants of course can not have chance to access to Internet. I have been this problem in San Pedro'city, California. In this place doesn't exist a internet cabin than my country, Peru. |

8 have commented on this question lack of time, (2 comments) — And also lenguage barriers. — The load of work means a barrier for the achievement of the course, but is necessary destining time in weekend to comply with all the task assigned. unclear course goals and objec..., (3 comments) — lack of time,language barries,malfunctioning computers,bad internet connection,costly intenet connection were some of the challenegs i faced,moreso in developing nations. — more direct contact with course co-ordinator to be remindend what you need to do and that you can continue although you are late with one Learning unit. I think many drop off when they are lagging behind, they think it is too late to catch up... — They will think this course is only theories and it doesn't applied in the real live . bad Internet connection, (one comment) — The course requires students to stay on line for long periods of time, both to access information and to participate in chats. 9 have answered this question — MY GREEN TEAM REPORT CHAIRED BY ALBERADO JAMINEZ, I WAS PROUD OF THE PRESENTATION AND THE COSTA RICA COCOS ISLAND. — I will remember my work project in a foundry industry, where I will development all the topics that I learn in this course. — Many of the tools, ideas and methods that were presented are sufficiently general to incorporate into every day work and problem solving, so they will be more used than just remembered. The course gave an understanding of processes rather than presented facts to remember. However, when looking back I am sure I will remember quite a lot about ice-cream : ) — That wastes can be minimised and production processes can be cleaner and more environment and people friendly all we have to do is take initiative and chaneg our attitudes. — Cocos Island, My individual project and the new knowledge that enabled me to do it. The chats! — this is the first course to distance to do it, and really I am much satisfied by what I have learned and shared of the cordinador and of all the participants — The project work and some from the learning units. — Probably the best thing that I found is the opportunity to apply the knowledge in the team work and also in the project work. Coco Island was a very rich experience: multidisciplinary, international, global envrinmental vision. The project work was fantastic, not only for the opportunity to share CP tools with the industrial people of Naucalpan, also for the future with cooperation strategies to made bigger efforts to improve the environemtal performance of industries. — I think I will remember how to think in an environmentally friendly way in every aspect of my daily life. |

6 have commented on this question yes, (6 comments) — FOR THOSE FRIENDS WHO PERCIEVES ENVIRONMENAL PLUS OVER MONETARY DESIRE, WE NEED TO KNOW THAT IN US LIES THE FUTURE, A LOT OF PEOPLE IN MY COUNTRY DO NOT KNOW WHAT SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT MEANS AND HOW IT CAN PUT FOOD ON THEIR TABLE. — Yes because this course is complete and also the methodology is easy for learn and the objectives are clear. — In fact already i did it with some friends, i say them that is an execelete course, for learning the tools of PP, besides creates a change of attitude for the care of the environment. — OOOOOH ! yes a millionth times it is what everyone needs to know his/her role in ensuring sustainable development and safeguarding the future. — It gives good overview and if you really want it is not too hard to finalize. — In this new age of knowledge and information, probably is one of the richest experience in my life |
